Bulls Gap, Tennessee | Oct. 20-22, 2011 – Brian Connor won Saturday's feature but after all was said and done last Saturday night at the Volunteer Speedway, Wexford, Pennsylvania’s Mike Pegher Jr. claimed the $30,000 FASTRAK GRAND NATIONALS Championship. Pegher became the 7th different national champion of the series. Pegher was the picture of consistency throughout the entire GRAND NATIONALS – picking up a win and 3rd and 4th place finishes in the 3-race series finale. Lee Cooper (In-Car) finished second in Saturday's A-Main and third overall....

McCool Junction, NE | Oct. 22, 2011 - Glenwood, Iowa's #99 Jesse Sobbing survived a bumpy start to take the victory in the IMCA B-Modified feature last weekend at Junction Motor Speedway in Nebraska but #69 Tony Rost provided much of the excitement by charging from 13th to finish 4th on the last turn of the final lap. Auckland, NZ | Oct. 28, 2011 - Little Jesse Bessant's parents are holding on to the unusual hope that his brain problems may be caused by an infection rather than cancer. At 22 months of age, Jesse Noah Bessant is a stockcar mad speedway fan who loves anything to do with cars, and his parents wish is that he will grow up to will follow in his Dad’s footsteps and race a Stockcar. But seven weeks ago Jesse was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumour. After the diagnosis, his parents (Michelle and Shane Bessant) were told that because of the position of the tumour in Jesse’s brain stem, all they could do was buy Jesse some time.  However, the biopsy results have shown something different, a medical mystery...
