Eldora 4 Crown Nationals Nt. 1 - Saldana Still Perfect Since Return... 2 Quick Times & 2 Wins - Babcock Blasts UMP Mods

Rossburg, OH | Sept. 23, 2011 - WOW! That's about all you can say about Joey Saldana and KKR. Kasey Kahne Racing swept the Top 3 spots in Friday's World of Outlaws Sprint A-Main at Eldora Speedway with Paul McMahon on the pole, Saldana outside in 2nd and Cody Darrah tucked into 3rd. Saldana took the lead at the end of the first lap and cruised to his second victory in as many races since returning from a nine week injury lay off.

In the early laps of an exciting UMP Modified Feature with LOTS of contact, #555b Jeff Babcock put a wicked but clean slide job on leader #88 Scott Orr that resulted in Orr getting into the back of Babcock, damaging Orr's right front an taking him out of the hunt.  Babcock held off several challenges from Brian Ruhlman and Jerry Bowersock to take the win.
