Nov. 4, 2013 - Dennis Franklin of Gaffney, SC became the 2013 Carolina Clash series champion on October 19, 2013 after he entered the final race of the season at Fayetteville Motor Speedway. It was perhaps the most successful season ever for Franklin in nearly 20 years of racing, as he has dominated Carolina Clash racing, along with cashing in on various crate late model titles and lucrative victories since February. Franklin was in contention to win the title in 2012, but ill-fated DNFs in the chase would hinder his third-straight championship run. This year, luck was on his side - and so were the victories.
HIRST CROWNED KING OF THE WEST CHAMPION

Stockton, CA | Nov. 4, 2013 - For the third year in a row, Roth Motorsports has earned the King of the West title, and though he was apart of the 2012 team that won the team championship, Kyle Hirst earned his first King of the West crown on Saturday night by way of his third place finish at the Stockton Dirt Track.
“What an awesome night, and awesome feeling,” Hirst said. “I cannot thank Dennis and Teresa Roth enough for the equipment they provided me with, and the opportunity they gave me this year.”

Ventura, CA | Nov. 4, 2013 - Ventura Raceway's 2013 Flat Track Motorcycle Racing finishes its 2013 season on Saturday November 2, with a full program of motorcycle racing with a full program of exciting flat track, road course and motocross racing. With just under 100 riders signed into the pits the fans in attendance were in for some outstanding flat track racing. Eighteen classes ranging from kids 5 and up on bikes, to vintage and modern flat track and oval races for bikes and quads, all the way to open professional racers going for a first place prize of $1,200. Racing was once again fast and furious from the first to last event.

Stockton, CA | Nov. 4, 2013 - Running double duty over the weekend at the Stockton Dirt Track, Tim Kaeding scored his 16th win of the season by way of his 360 win before charging from ninth to fifth in the King of the West feature event.
“It was a lot of fun running both races,” Kaeding said. “I have to thank Dennis and Teresa Roth and all of the guys for letting me do this, and send a huge congrats to Kyle Hirst and the California team for winning the championship.”

Making his first trip to EAMS since 2006, Rick started his weekend on Saturday by posting the sixth quickest lap of the 40 entrants during Super Late Model qualifying and later scoring the win in his heat race. "Scrub" bested William Thomas, Jonathan Davenport, Dennis Erb, Jr., and Chris Madden in his prelim to earn the outside front row starting spot for Sunday's 100-lap headliner.

CONCORD, NC | Nov. 3, 2013 – Three-time defending Super DIRTcar Series Champion Matt Sheppard is ready to throw caution to the wind this year at Charlotte. The Big-Block Modified series rounds out its season Thursday, Nov. 7, through Saturday, Nov. 9, during the World of Outlaws World Finals at The Dirt Track at Charlotte in Concord, N.C.
“This year, the pressure is off,” said Sheppard, who last year became the first driver to garner three consecutive Super DIRTcar Series titles, yet has not claimed victory at Charlotte. “We won’t have to worry about points or anything, so hopefully this will be the year we can just go down there and run hard and get that first win.”
Vosbergen Has A Magical Night w/ Hoosier Pro Late Models at Perth Motorplex

Perth, Western Australia | Nov. 2, 2013 - Last weekend's race at the Perth Motorplex was the Magic Man 34 tribute event in honor of Michael Figliomeni and it was Craig Vosbergen who stepped up and dominated the nights proceedings. Vosbergen remained undefeated in what doubled as the third round of the Hoosier Tires Pro Dirt Series, winning both of his heat races before going on and claiming the feature.
Vosbergen fought his way into the lead of the opening heat quickly, disposing of early race leader Ben Ludlow and just driving away to over a seven second lead at the chequers ahead of Ludlow and Michael Holmes who got the best of a three way race long battle with Brad Blake and Matt Goodlad.
