Redmond Claims First Aussie Midget Pro Series Win at Tim Crouch Memorial
Murray Bridge, South Australia | Dec. 7, 2013 - Last minute Speedcar Pro Series inclusion, Lee Redmond has blitzed a star studded field to win the round five as part of the Tim Crouch Memorial at Murray Machining and Sheds Murray Bridge Speedway.
Redmond survived a heartbreaking thirty laps for many of the profiled drivers, including Travis Mills, who claimed the Revolution Racegear Quick Time honours at the start of the event and started on the outside of Bunbury’s Dayne Kingshott for the thirty lap main event.
Mills and Kingshott diced for the lead for the first ten laps but were harassed by Jamie McKinlay and Troy Jordan who both made short-lived bids for the lead but would both fail to finish.
