World Class Big Track Speedway in New Zealand - Coming Nov. 23-27, 2011

Southland, New Zealand - The Burt Munro challenge is New Zealand's biggest motorcycle festival of speed with six different racing events for different disciplines over five days. The event celebrates Burt Munro and his love of speed and includes mile beach race on Oreti Beach that pays tribute to Burt and his Indian motorcycle that set and still holds land speed records for its class.


Burt was the subject of the wonderful 2005 Hollywood movie "The World's Fastest Indian" starring Anthony Hopkins as But Monro.
